12 years of experience in developing and managing of infrastructure of water projects in Eastern Europe, CIS, Turkey and China. Eitan is a key expert of Shtang in infrastructure projects funded by international development finance institutions such as WORLD BANK, EBRD, EIB, NIB, etc. Before joining Shtang, Eitan was in charge of projects in the CIS and Eastern Europe in the amount of more than $ 200 million.
Prior to that, he specialized in business development, equity transactions and financing of major infrastructure projects in Israel (including Roads 431, 531, Palmachim desalination plant, Kohav Ha Yarden Pumped Storage, etc.), as well as water and wastewater treatment plants in Turkey and China under BOT and PPP contracts.
Eitan holds a MBA degree in High-Tech Management from the Technion Institute of Technology and a BA in Economics and Management from Tel Aviv University. He has also graduated professional courses in real estate appraisal.
20 years of experience in global finance management with an extensive international experience mostly in Europe, Asia & Africa. 10 years of experience in managing the finance operation of over 1 billion $ for ADAMA Agriculture solution in Europe, India, Middle East and Africa. Prior to that Shay was a Senior audit manager in Baker-Tilly for 4 years and senior audit at PWC. Shay holds MBA, BA in business administration and accounting and a certified public accountant.
